As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Renewed Impacts Consulting, she delivers tailored solutions in project management, operations optimization, corporate event planning, grant development, and capacity building.

Previously, Alexis served as Deputy Program Director at the Council of State Governments Justice Center, leading national initiatives focused on behavioral health and criminal justice reform. Her career also includes pivotal roles in municipal government and state agencies, where she managed public records, oversaw financial operations, and ensured regulatory compliance.

Alexis holds a Master of Public Administration and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Tennessee State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the same institution.
