Alexis is a seasoned operations and public policy leader with over 15 years of experience spanning government, nonprofit, and consulting sectors. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Renewed Impacts Consulting, she delivers tailored solutions in project management, operations optimization, corporate event planning, grant development, and capacity building.

Previously, Alexis served as Deputy Program Director at the Council of State Governments Justice Center, leading national initiatives focused on behavioral health and criminal justice reform. Her career also includes pivotal roles in municipal government and state agencies, where she managed public records, oversaw financial operations, and ensured regulatory compliance.

Alexis holds a Master of Public Administration and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Tennessee State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the same institution. Her commitment to empowering organizations through innovative strategies continues to drive meaningful impact across sectors.

Robyn brings over a decade of experience driving public safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across federal and state government agencies. Prior to joining Renewed Impacts, Robyn served as a Federal Probation Officer with the United States Courts and held pivotal roles in state agencies, where she directed complex investigations, managed compliance across diverse operations, and led districtwide initiatives in risk-based oversight, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.

Robyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University and has completed ICF-accredited coach training and advanced leadership development.
